Gary and Sheila’s journey into alternative healing methods began in 1997 when they became Reiki Masters together.
In 1998, they sold three McDonald’s Restaurants and moved from Anchorage, Alaska to the tiny Interior town of
Tok, (toke), Alaska. Sheila became a Certified Reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology. Gary has been studying
Quantum Touch Healing.
Gary and Sheila are both Ordained Ministers of the Universal Life Church.
Both Sheila and
Gary are Founders and Staff Members of the HEART Institute, the Healing Arts Institute, and teach classes nationwide
on the history and use of essential oils.
Sheila is a trained and Licensed
Massage Therapist and works at the Glennallen Chiropractic Center with Dr. Vickie Willis. If you are visiting Alaska,
stop by and get a massage and an adjustment to ease your traveling bones. Sheila was trained in AromaTouch Technique
by its creator and founder of doTERRA Essential Oils, Dr. David Hill, DC. This is an aromatherapy technique that works
on the four constants of the body; Stress, Biologic Infection, Inflammation/Pain and Balance of the Nervous System.
She has been
practicing Crystal Vibration Technique and Color Technique for the last six years. One of Sheila's passions in modalities
is CranioSacral Therapy developed by Dr. John Upledger, Osteopathic M.D.. Sheila has been through CS I, CS II,
UMAC, and she is currently going through the CranioSacral Techniques certification process with the Upledger Institute
and is a member of the American CranioSacral Therapy Association and also the International Association of Health Care

Beth is a Certified Hypno-Therapist, Certified Somatic Healer and Teacher. Beth lives and works in Corvallis,
Oregon. Beth teaches classes in Portland, Oregon on varied topics.
She has a B.S. in Parapsychic Sciences from the American Institute
of Holistic Theology and is currently completing her Masters Degree and will follow up with her PhD.
Beth works with her clients in Guided Imagery, Past-trauma Release,
Addiction Release, Weight-Loss, Smoking Cessation, Positive Thought Processing and Relaxation. She has authored and

Laura
Legere’s focus of service and purpose is assisting clients with healthy living and spiritual exploration through her

After having spent more than twenty-five years in sales and service-related
industries, Monica experienced a life-threatening health crisis in September, 2003. The process of discovery and
recovery was the catalyst that helped her rekindle the flame of spiritually intuitive sensitivity held since birth and find
her true passion for life-transforming, natural healing modalities, which she uses personally and has incorporated into her
thriving Healing Arts career.
Monica has been
a professional massage therapist in full-time private practice since June, 2004. A graduate of The School of Integrating
